AUDIT & ASSURANCE
SERVICES

Who we are

We are experienced Audit & Assurance Firm practicing in Egypt for years. We are an affiliated Firm of Vision Consulting Group, although we are separate legal vehicle, however, we work on a mutual collaboration to better serve our clients.

Our main activity lies in Statutory Auditing of financial statements, Assurance Engagements and Review Assignments.

We are committed to serving our clients with full integrity, professionalism and experts’ due care.

Our clients rely on our experience not just to attest their financial statements but also to add value to their business through verifying their business’ control environment, assessment of associated risks and improvement

Statutory Audits / Auditing of Financial Statements

We believe that the Statutory Audit is not just reviewing and attesting clients’ financial results for them to meet their statutory requirement, but also the processes that are helping the clients to find out the points of Strengths, Weaknesses, Opportunities and Threats (SWOT) of their businesses, which will entirely be reflected at their businesses’ Critical Success Factors.

For this purpose, our Audit Assurance experts are applying due care to ensure their field work for the Audit and Review processes are covering tests of Internal Controls as carried out by the clients as well as assessing Financial, Technical and Legal risks surrounding clients’ business.

Our audit is carried out according to the Egyptian and International Standards on Auditing.
As part of our approach, we do our best to ensure that the Clients receive a Final Management Report, containing detailed commentary on the accounts, analysis of the controls inherent in the Clients’ Businesses.

Special Reviews and Attestation

In some cases clients approach our Firm to carry out periodical reviews or attestation to performance and results to special areas in their businesses (e.g. commercial cycles, cash generating units etc.…) where our Assurance Experts apply their special background experiences and judgments to ensure the special assignment is well accomplished and the related reports are timely presented.
