The Egyptian Tax Authority (ETA) recognized 2 types of clients:

1. Clients are issuing Less than 200 invoices monthly:

• Those clients are given the option to register onto ETA e-invoice portal directlywithout the need to integrate their ERP system with the portal.

2. Clients who are issuing More than 200 invoices monthly:

• Those clients will have to find a system like the one E-Hub is offering to help themintegrate their billing system, whether ERP or excel sheet to ETA e-invoice portalusing certain APIs.

• Based on the size of the company, E-Hub will help in both options from the dateyou start working on completing the documents until you are able to issue the firstinvoice, including:

• Support in completing all ETA documents and delegation forms.

• Support with the ETA portal registration using user ID and password.

• Activating the Token and downloading the applications needed for such a task.• Support with your services and products coding with ETA.

• System installation, testing and support till you go life with your first production invoice.

• E-Hub offers Operational support by submitting and downloading on your behalf theinvoices daily on ETA e-invoice service portal

The Financial Proposal

• E-Hub is offering a very competitive rate for the e-invoice readiness without API integration with ETA platform ( for <200 invoice monthly) as below:
  
  • Service Registration: We will complete all the prerequisite documents preparation andsignature, request the token creation and work with you on coding your services till wetake you live onto ETA E-invoice platform. The timeframe for this service will be around8 – 10 weeks from the day we receive the approval.
  • Technical Support: We provide support with any question that appears afterproduction as well as offer support in uploading new services codes that might beissued later on
  • Operational Support (<20 invoice monthly): We will offer our service in uploading thesales invoices daily, downloading any received purchase invoices and issue a dailyreport of the status of all invoices then help in solving errors with the invoices that arerejected by ETA before we resubmit them into the portal one time again
  • Data Analytics: this is where we will provide monthly, quarterly and annually analyticreports for your invoices
