“ Merchant Acquiring Project Manager “
Briefing:
- One of our Key clients is signing up for a loyalty program with a Key Merchant.
- Where the resource will be working with both our client and his Merchant partners.
- The role is based in Cairo at the Merchant office with 5-day presence per week.
Scope of Work:
- Serve as the main point of contact between our client and the different merchant aggregators.
- Oversee the end-to-end onboarding process for the merchants, ensuring timely contract execution, offer set-up, and technical integration.
- Track progress and resolve merchant onboarding bottlenecks in collaboration with merchant aggregator.
- Regularly engage with our client’s loyalty solution team to ensure overall project is streamlined.
- Work with the merchant Loyalty, marketing, and operations teams to align communications with broader campaign calendars and program launches.
- Support with the post-launch performance review and recommend optimization for the merchant mix and offer types.
- Develop business cases and materials for potential partnerships with large retailers.
Requirements:
- Proven ability to manage end-to-end project lifecycles from planning through execution and post launch optimization.
- Ability to develop business cases for new partnerships, including revenue potential and ROI analysis.
- Strong organizational skills, with the capability to track multiple workstreams (e.g. merchant onboarding, technical implementation, marketing alignment).
- Experience in identifying bottlenecks and driving timely resolution with cross functional teams.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Arabic and English.
- Strong analytical skills to support post-launch performance reviews and merchant mix optimization.
- Competence in preparing presentations and proposals for senior stakeholders.
