 Main Scope of work:

1. Partnership Identification & Development

 Main Scope of work:

  • Oversee and manage the implementation of multiple acceptance initiatives related to Transit digitization, in collaboration with partner ecosystems including banks, government bodies, and internal teams.
  • Act as the primary point-of-contact for end-to-end coordination and execution of the Transit digitization program.
  • Demonstrate deep technical knowledge of Payment Gateways merchant onboarding, preferably with experience in Transit systems.

The candidate will support on planning, data migration, testing, cutover and post-go-live stabilization, ensuring a smooth, controlled transition with minimal operational disruption tasks .

The role will be a full-time job , 5 days a week from 9:00 am to 5:00 am at the bank premises.

Requirements :

  • Support the end-to-end migration from Card 400 to the new CMS, covering discovery, planning, data migration, testing, cutover, and stabilization.
  • Coordinate cutover activities, go-/no-go decisions, and post-go-live hyper care.
  • Design and execute migration strategy, including data mapping, validation, mock runs, and reconciliation.
  • Manage integrations, dependencies, risks, and readiness across business, IT, and vendor teams.

Requirements :

  • Act as the Project Manager for the PFM enhancement and deployment within the Client’s mobile banking app.
  • Leverage a strong background in Personal Finance Manager (PFM) solutions to guide design, enhancement, and deployment decisions.
  • Support the Client business team in prioritizing PFM use cases through deep understanding of PFM functionalities, user journeys, and Client technical capabilities.
  • Coordinate closely with all stakeholders (Business, IT, Digital, InfoSec, Data) to ensure smooth progress on PFM related technical requirements.
  • Provide on-ground support to address and resolve integration challenges related to internal platforms and/or technology partners.

  • 7+ years of experience in IT and/or application development operations.
  • Demonstrated experience working with PFM platforms, financial data aggregation, categorization, budgeting, insights, or similar digital banking capabilities.
  • Prior experience in payments or banking environments is highly preferred.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with senior banking stakeholders and provide periodic executive-level updates.
  • Strong multi-tasking skills in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
