Main Purpose:
What we expect
We are looking for extroversion and dynamic individuals to join our firm. In particular, we are looking for somebody to work in the Business Consulting team, who would have the below responsibilities:
• Fast learner person who would need to understand the business requirements of our existing and new customers.
• Focused on problem solving and curious mind that goes beyond the obvious and looks for insight.
• Assist the MD in the development, production and implementation of the clients’ work scope & projects.
• Present VCG to clients by providing a focal point of contact on business and operational issues.
• Responsible for supporting our clients in a friendly and efficient manner.
• Work closely with our clients and external agencies to implement and monitor clients’ projects delivery.
• Write effective memos, presentations and reports based on meetings and follow-up on action points.
• Run full Market survey and research from different sources to develop business plans for our commercial opportunities.
• Strong analytical skills ability to get into new topics quickly and understand the client’s needs.
• Ability to structure complex tasks in a goal-oriented way and to deliver innovative solutions under tight timelines.
• Entrepreneurial ambition to become an established thought leader and a trusted advisor in a growing market.
• Fluent in English, French would be an asset.
• Very good knowledge of MS office and Power Point.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Previous work experience would be an added value.

Responsibilities:
- Assessing the creditworthiness of potential customers.
- Conducting periodic reviews of existing customers.
- Verifying and assessing applicant’s historical and current financial position, credit history, credit needs, and ability to pay.
Requirements:-
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Business Administration, Finance or similar field.
- Minimum 8 -12 years of experience in Credit Assessment, Corporate Banking, or leasing assessment.
- Credit certified, preferably from EBI
- Excellent analytical skills.
- Ability to work under pressure & meet deadlines.
- Effective communication skills.
- High negotiation skills and stakeholder management.
- Strong writing skills.
- Excellent command of both English and Arabic.

- Ensure the reliability and integrity of financial and operational information.
- Run effective and efficient operations and safeguarding assets.
- Runs efficient segregation of duties.
- Comply with laws and regulations.
- Comply with authority limits.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting/ finance.
- CIA is a must, CPA is preferable.
- Minimum of 10-12 years of experience in the same field.
- Excellent command of both English and Arabic speaking and writing.
- Ability to work under pressure & meet deadlines.
- Effective communications skills
