ArabFinance: The Egyptian Stock Exchange’s (EGX) indices saw a bearish performance on December 10th.

The benchmark index EGX 30 fell 0.28% to close at 10,987.39 points.

The small and medium-sized enterprises index EGX 70 went down 1.28% to close at 2,093.25 points, while the broader index EGX 100 closed at 3,040.47 points, marking a decrease of 1.35%.

Trading volume reached 512.512 million shares executed through 46,247 transactions, with a total value of EGP 1.395 billion. Market capitalization amounted to EGP 650.229 billion.

Egyptian investors made up 88.72% of total transactions, while foreign and Arab investors accounted for 7.61% and 3.67%, respectively.

Individuals represented 46.18% of total trades, while institutions contributed to 53.81%.
